Connection timed out — Cloudflare waited and waited, but your server never responded, like waiting for the Slim Taper to come back in stock. The 522 tried to combine slim and taper into one, and the connection tried to combine your browser with the server, and both attempts just... ran out of time. The TCP handshake expired.
